GA Telesis Announces the Acquisition of One (1) Airbus A310-300 MSN 494 from Airbus SAS and Subsequent Sale of Aircraft to Omni Aviação e Tecnologia SA (Portugal)

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- June 19, 2008 – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), today announced that it has acquired one (1) Airbus A310-300, MSN 494 from Airbus SAS and subsequently sold the aircraft to Omni Aviação e Tecnologia SA, Portugal. Omni subsidiary White Airways will operate the aircraft in charter and ACMI operations.
